Fridays at LoCale

Come dance to catchy melodies and upbeat rhythms.

You will be taken on a journey through music, food, art and dance.

The whole family is welcome to join us for this free event series.

Relax with themed mocktails and enjoy traditional food and performances. Kids can enjoy activities including instrument making.

20th January: Drumming and Dance 

Enjoy a Special Storytime, drumming workshop led by the Bassendean Bassonovas, followed by a dance and drumming performance. Midland Junction Arts Centre will be doing instrument making. Delicious sweets and cheese toasts served by Braza Churros.

10th February: Under the Sea
Enjoy a Special Storytime from Ariel and Disney covers with Freddie from Faraway Land. Midland Junction Arts Centre will be running a kids craft station. City of Swan Libraries will be running a treasure hunt.

Each Friday's at LoCale event is unique with different themes and activities for each one.
