FREAKSHOW: An Interactive Murder Mystery
The travelling Freakshow has come to town, filled with colourful characters with unbelievable talents. But when everything is a façade how do you know what’s real and who can be trusted? Secrets and lies bubble beneath the surface, and it’s only a matter of time until the tension explodes into mayhem.
When one of the performers turns up dead, it is up to the audience to take on the role of detective; interview the suspects, search for clues, and try to solve the crime before it’s too late.

The award winning Back Door Productions is a duo of WA writers/ producers, Kier Shoosmith and Rachel Keys, who joined forces in 2019 with a goal to bring local Perth talent to a wider audience. The pair met while studying at Principal Academy of Dance and Theatre Arts and have been participating in FRINGE WORLD festival since 2016. They have collaborated on numerous fringe shows including:
