ENDHOE

Hot off receiving ★★★★ reviews and winning the Hollywood and the NZ Tour Ready Awards at Sydney Fringe this year, it's time for ENDHOE to take on Perth FRINGE WORLD.

It's no surprise that Endo just got promoted to CEO of Anna's body. She's hard-working, cunning, enticing and a 'team-player'. But with the rise to the top, so comes the judgement and belittling from the rest of the world. So join Endo as she takes you on a tour of the inside-workings of Anna's body. She's here to shake off any 'bad press' and prove to you that she has what it takes to be one of the world's most painful diseases. No panadol, nurefon or codeine shall pass.

Anna has lived through 4 operations, 30+ hospital visits and a gargantuan amount of unsolicited advice. This is her story of living with endometriosis.

Presented by: Anna Dooley and Rebecca Fingher

Anna graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2019 with a Bachelor of Performing Arts; majoring in Performance Making.
It was here that Anna was chosen to represent WAAPA at the Asia Pacific Bureau of Theatre Festival 2018 in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She performed her own work My Uterus Hates Me (now ENDHOE) to critical acclaim. She has since performed in the sell out season of Forgotten by Cate Whittaker, as 'Mrs Marsden' at Riverside Theatres, and the role of 'Dolly' in One Man Two Guvnors at New Theatre. Anna was a finalist in Melbourne International Comedy Festival’s 2020 Raw Comedy competition and is also a graduate of AFTRS.
