This dance double-header delves into the structure of the dense physical body and the flow of the light energetic body.
'Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes' is a physical experiment by invited guest choreographer Scott Elstermann in collaboration with the dancers. The cast explore interesting rotations, limitations and isolations of their anatomy in this dynamic observation of the human body.
Inspired by the Melaney Ryan Institute of Applied Consciousness (MRIAC) complete Mahat Meditation sequence, 'The Infinite Energy', choreographed by Narelle Codalonga, is a physical expression of the journey our energetic systems take to activate and integrate unified consciousness.
