CYGNET (noun): a young swan.

Join us for this inaugural celebration of emerging WA film talent! With a range spanning documentary, scripted and experimental shorts - this event showcases the creative power of local independent and student filmmakers.

Held at The Backlot, a state-of-the-art screening venue in The Pickle District.

Cygnet is a collaboration between Curtin Film Club + Curtin Film Production Society.

We wish to acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people, the traditional custodians of the land on which this event will be held. Always was, always will be Aboriginal land.
