Head back to school and get on the tins to master the techniques, history and science of mixology.
Shake, muddle or stir an iconic cocktail with premium craft spirits while your Old Young’s bartender and booze-mentor shares the incredible stories behind the classics and how the craft cocktail movement has reinvented them.
Your only homework will be to knock back the tasty tipple you’ve mixed up back out in the courtyard before your next show!

Booze School runs for 40 minutes and includes a welcome spritz and a cocktail. 12 seats only at the bar per class. Cocktails will change class to class – you can check out more info on each session on Old Young's Facebook page.
