Teardrops on my Dildo by Vanessa Larry Mitchell is hands down the funniest thing we’ve ever seen. From the moment she hits the stage, it’s clear you’re in for something real, raw, and brutally honest - but always delivered with razor-sharp humour and absolutely no shame. This is storytelling turned up to eleven: fearless, vulnerable, and laugh-until-you-cry funny.

Mitchell dives headfirst into the vaginas and sexual exploits of a single empowered woman with zero cares to give. Nothing is off limits. Relationships, dating disasters, body image, ageing, and desire are all laid bare in a way that feels both deeply personal and universally relatable. It’s relevant and current, tapping into modern conversations about female autonomy and sexuality without ever sounding preachy. Instead, it’s comedy at its most cathartic.

Be warned: this is not for the faint-hearted. The audience ranged from bold 18-year-olds to roaring 80+ year-olds, plus a few good (brave) men who held their own amid the hilarity. Everyone was united in uncontrollable laughter. There’s something wildly liberating about watching a woman own her narrative so completely.

If you like your comedy unfiltered, empowering, and outrageously funny, this is one ride you don’t want to miss.
