Continental chaos spanning the globe, delivered with heartfelt authenticity. This show invites us straight into Bello’s worldly cultural whirlwind — an Italian man, a Zulu wife, raising a child in Indonesia — and somehow it all makes perfect sense.

From fried chicken pizza topped with nasi goreng to stories that hop effortlessly between continents, cultures, and identities, the blending of jokes and lived experience is seamless. It felt less like watching a performance and more like sitting with a new friend, sharing life stories with unashamed wit and impeccable comedic timing.

What really stood out was the trust he placed in the audience. By letting us in so openly, we didn’t just observe his journey — we became part of it, carrying away new memories of our own. The result was a rare balance: deeply comfortable, yet constantly intriguing.

The show resonated just as strongly with Italians as it did with Aussies, proving that cultural specificity, when done honestly, becomes universal.

Terima kasih, Bello.
