The show starts with what appears to be a normal four-piece band and a singer, Frisky. Immediately, it’s clear that Frisky is a very talented vocalist. Coupled with great lighting and terrific acoustics, we’re off to a strong start for a night of light entertainment.
But then comes the twist: the audience becomes part of the show!
“Pick a decade and I’ll sing you a song.”
“Pick a musical style and I’ll sing you a song in that genre.”
“Now pick the song and the genre for me to sing.”

Every request was delivered in fine style. Frisky was particularly impressive with heavy rock. I did feel for the band, who had to keep up with constantly changing styles and songs — but they handled it brilliantly.
To cap it all off, Frisky even performed an original song she created on the fly. Because the audience drives the show, no two performances will ever be the same.
This is a great, fun show — exactly what you’d expect from a Fringe performance. Frisky’s energy over the full hour is impressive, and the time flies by. It’s a thoroughly enjoyable hour, and I’d encourage you to come prepared with songs and genres in mind, ready to make requests.
