Ohhh, let’s be very clear from the outset — this is not a show to take your kids to. Sinista Entertainment delivers one of the hottest male and female revues you’ll find at FRINGE WORLD, and I’m fairly certain every possible suitability and content warning applies. Billed with the old-school sizzle-factor rating of “very hot,” Temptation doesn’t just earn it — it absolutely smashes it. Honestly, “off the charts” might be more accurate.
This is not a show for the faint-hearted, but it offers so much of what FRINGE WORLD is known for: unapologetic spectacle, bold confidence, and performers who fully commit to entertaining their audience. Chiselled bodies — aptly described as “himbos and vixens” — take to the stage, showcasing impressive strength, athleticism, and talent in a very much not PG way. From jaw-dropping flying pole routines to burlesque and boylesque, pole work, and sultry choreography, the acts keep coming with relentless energy.
The performances are cleverly interspersed with humour, keeping the atmosphere playful rather than taking itself too seriously. A standout highlight is the MC, whose vocals are genuinely outstanding — she belts out more than a few numbers while also expertly keeping the show upbeat, flowing, and engaging. And then there’s the audience participation… oh my goodness. There is a lot of audience participation, adding to the sense that anything could happen at any moment.
The show promises a “memorable experience,” and Temptation delivers exactly that — sweaty, cheeky, outrageous fun that leaves very little (nothing, it leaves NOTHING) to the imagination and absolutely no one bored.
