14 February 2026 - Julie S.I loved it different refreshing and costimes beautiful. For the group of people that arrived late that’s just rude. -
GASHA
08 February 2026 - Rebecca C.It was ok. More of a family friendly show. -

08 February 2026 - Nathan G.Cirque du Gosnells! What a disappointment. Advertised as a Japanese circus with no Japanese cast! Audience only informed after the performance finished (by an Aussie ring-in) that the Japanese cast had failed to obtain Visas in time. A heads up would have been appreciated. -

02 February 2026 - M K.The circus performances were fantastic although we had heard that a couple of Japanese performers had to be replaced late with Australians. The result was a nearly non Japanese cast presenting a “new wave of Japanese circus” which has caused some upset. The element of Japanese culture could have been better developed also. The venue was big and not even half full. With a little more transparency around the issues and a $10 drop in ticket prices, this show could fill far more seats. -

01 February 2026 - Helen T.If you like circus performance then this is for you. The artists are very good at what they do. Whilst the show is a good family friendly event the let down is the Japanese theme. It just does not connect. It’s like they said ‘we’ve got some cool performers we should put a theme behind it’ and randomly picked Japan. -

30 January 2026 - Tia C.Tickets are a bit too expensive for what you get in my opinion but the show was mostly worth it, if you get enjoyment out of acrobatics in a Japanese themed show. The shamisen act dragged a bit as I didn't think it matched the calibre of the other acts. I was however impressed by all the acrobatics, especially suspended pole/hair and aerial silks, and all the performers had great charisma. -

29 January 2026 - Gill C.I don't think that having some kimonos and umbrella props make Gasha 'a new wave of Japanese circus' when there is no meaningful cultural element. While performers are skilled, I think the whole marketing of this show was off. Also, if you were GA, for more than half the show the lights shone directly into your eyes, having to squint, and not being able to actualy see the performers due to being blinded. -
GASHA
29 January 2026 - Suzanne B.There was really only one stand-out performer. Much of the show seemed to be 'time filling'. For the price paid, I expected more. Most of the venue was empty, so I think this show would have had more impact in a smaller venue. -

26 January 2026 - Tara H.Although every performer was very talented, and great to watch, I felt the production was lost in such a huge venue. I also expected more of a story line, the walking transitions perhaps could've been used to integrate the acts a little better. We are spoilt in Perth with local talent, I did expect more from this group.
