Undercooked and overpriced. Had to read the other reacts to see that the Japanese cast had visa issues. Explains the lack of Japanese artists and time-filling exercises. Performers were skilled enough but the show is not as advertised. Should have been cancelled. Cannot recommend.

The performers are definitely talented, however I feel the price of the show is quite steep. The venue wasn’t my favourite, as sitting on the sidelines was quite uncomfortable for me and there is restricted view (a pole in the way). I did really enjoy the music!

How this show hasn’t had a sold out night is criminal! Each and every act is spectacular and this is the first time I’ve ever heard and seen an electric shamisen!

I loved it different refreshing and costimes beautiful. For the group of people that arrived late that’s just rude.

I don’t like being negative but sadly Gasha came up seriously short considering the cost & hype. Yes, certainly a consequence of the majority of the Japanese troupe being MIA. Given this, I feel the show should have either been cancelled or rebranded for what it was - a hastily thrown together lacklustre show (with kimono) & a largely non-international team. I’m not saying the performers weren’t talented, they were, but the wow factor that we expected for price tag & promo was also MIA.

It was ok. More of a family friendly show.

So very very disappointing. We were only told after the less than average show finished that the original cast couldn’t get their visas on time to perform…really should have canceled the show and refunded our $79 a ticket…
