Went expecting a show of wonderful burlesque esquisite costumes instead got a very amateur production with a stage that didnt work couldnt see a venue that felt like a sauna came away hugely disappointed. I am all for supporting up and coming artists but when you charge the same price for a show that seasoned professionals charge for much more polished performances was hugely disappointed and wouldnt waste your money 😫

So positive. I was happy to see some non typical burlesque. It was funny and engaging and not just t*ts out lets go. Even had a flapper fan girl in the line up. Negative. Location the location kneecapped the performers. It was small, hot and 100% wrong for burlesque. I think only the first 2 rows really saw anything Conclusion. I'd see them again n see how they evolve, but not at the grosvener. Nothing against the place, staff was lovely, but it's not suited for this.

Show was ok, the performers were enthusiastic and had lovely costuming and attention to detail but sadly the venue was sad and tiny and not in a cool, "cramped but atmospheric burlesque joint" kind of way. Great initiative though, it was burlesque as it should be, funny and inclusive
