Saw this on a a whim. Took a chance. Was wildly rewarded. Beautiful poetry. Emphatic and expressive dance. Excellent story telling. I had tears. I laughed. I left thinking and talking about this show. Will definitely be seeing more of your work.

I chose to see Blacksheep, partly because I am a proud blacksheep, but mainly because I’ve seen Dr Jae West in previous Fringe shows and found her performances compelling — and she did not disappoint. In this solo show, she combined poetry, dance, and storytelling to deliver a raw, funny, and deeply impactful performance. It’s a must-see if you’ve ever felt like you don’t quite fit in.
