Circus After Dark is sexy, breathtaking and a little bit weird. If this is what circus performers get up to once the curtains close sign me up immediately!

Hosted by the enigmatic Mr Boylesque Australia 2017, Karl Kayoss, and featuring Kinetica’s best and brightest performers Circus After Dark will have you on the edge of your seat and begging for more!

Kinetica directors Rebecca McMahon and Sarah Ritchie have once again put together an incredible show. With acts ranging from high flying aerial, spine and mind bending contortion and breathtaking burlesque Circus After Dark definitely has something up everyone’s alley and with so many incredible local performers gracing the stage this is a show not to be missed.

The crowd were spellbound by the silks performances, tantalized by the trapeze section and the incredible Matthew Pope drove us absolutely barking mad with his performance. Anthony Tran had the crowd amazed with his acrobatic prowess and Fay MacFarlane was stunningly sexy as Lady Death. Weaved together with death defying performances from Madeline, Joey and Taylor, Circus After Dark is the sort of orgy everyone wants to be a part of.

Karl Kayoss really knows how to work the crowd, with the ‘Boy from Ballajura’ teasing the crowd incessantly with his riveting, dark brand of burlesque. Kayoss is a staple of the FRINGE WORLD Festival calendar and when you see his huge stage presence and the way he captivates the crowd with just one look you can see why!

This heady mix of provocative cabaret, electrifying circus, plus dark and rousing burlesque is poured in latex and then rolled in glitter, creating an intoxicating show that will exceed all of your expectations. Circus After Dark is the perfect late night addition to your FRINGE WORLD Festival schedule.
