Headfirst acrobats have done it again: distinguished skills, extraordinary strength and a whole lot of sexy.

Sure, I may never look at some of our well-loved classic children’s toys in quite the same way again, but that’s a cheap price to pay for getting the delightful experience of Crème de la Crème.

Presented as a circus cabaret, with individual acts entertaining the crowd one at a time, the performers put their incredible talents on display with classic circus tricks full of glamorous props, hilarious comedy and so much more than a hint of cheekiness. The late-night timeslot adds to the atmosphere of a truly dynamic Fringe show.

Some particular highlights included the swinging strength of George of the Jungle, a most comprehensive back tuck, and some very distracting crochet. Crème de la Crème had me laughing and gasping in amazement, shock and just a smidgen of disgust simultaneously. Not even the audience screaming out “Don’t do it!” could stop the casts insane acts. The performers were not only incredibly talented, but charismatic and engaging as well. I imagine that every performance is slightly different with the artists kept on their toes when a trick doesn’t quite go to plan. The front row got the full VIP experience with thrilling and sudden reflex test.

True to its Kleenheat Sizzle Factor of Very Hot, Crème de la Crème is the perfect 18+ show for anyone looking for some spicy end of the night entertainment.
