Queer icons BurLEZque are known for their award winning, thought provoking and entertaining shows and Pillow Talk: Back in the Sack is no exception. Opening in the middle of a sexy pink sleepover scene and closing in a pride flag filled finale with a multitude of downright saucy, tender and bewitching acts in between this is a show you will not want to miss.

Pillow Talk: Back in the Sack is part burlesque, part queer education and it makes for an enthralling, unmissable show. With queer representation of every shape, size, colour and gender you can’t help but be inspired by the heartfelt stories told by the performers. With acts depicting self-acceptance, friendship, trans pride and even grief, Pillow Talk is raw, emotional and flows together seamlessly.

Ginger LaMinge is a fabulous host for the show; dressed as a sexy schoolteacher she explores the complexities and dynamics of queer relationships and identity in an engaging and entertaining way. Ginger is voracious and the perfect choice for this role.

With performances from the incredible members of the BurLEZque crew you will be on the edge of your seat from the opening number. The chemistry and storytelling of Fae Salem and Polly St Pearl is incredible to watch, The Moesha’s Polynesian act is captivating and Ava Royale is sensual, saucy and scintillating in her depiction of grief.

With such inspiring and beguiling performances Pillow Talk: Back in the Sack is an absolute must see for everyone’s FRINGE WORLD Festival experience. You must be warned though – you’ll be cheering so loud you’ll leave hoarse and your hands will throb from applauding so much.

Pillow Talk is playing at The Hat Trick in The Pleasure Garden until February 6, do yourself a favour and book those tickets now!
