A laugh to be had but a warning to be cautious with your Great Nans packages.

Don’t miss this showcase of talent from the future of the Arts community.

The Curse of the Golden Dildo offers a nice delightful insight into the future of the WA Artistic community showcasing the talents of the youthful cast and crew with solid storyline.

A gorgeous cosy set, (can I borrow that velour couch?!), with a diverse audience their to feast on the imaginative storyline it’s an enjoyable 45 minutes.

A showcase of youth and all it’s awkward, glorious and delightful wonder it’s all things we fear, feel and experience with some quirky one liners and the delightful talents of the actress’s showcase this brilliantly.

I have no doubt you’ll fall in love with character Sage, she’s either part you or your best friend and laugh in knowingness at the traits of her carefree personality whilst sharing a side-eyed look at your best friend.

June, displays the feelings we all have from pressures of society, our parents or even our own inner critic to get “life right”.

The delightful twist midway through this imaginative and unique theatrical experience just may leave you giggling, baffled or very much with your jaw on the floor.

It is most definitely a performance geared at a younger youthful audience, the storyline ebbs and flows along nicely, it’s a must watch for anyone with cheeky grandmothers, fans of phallic jokes, uni students or those young at heart with an open mind.

It’s an open and shut theatre performance with a comfortable ending provided ensuring your appetite for a complete story is told.

I genuinely enjoyed basking in the future of the bright-eyed talented youthful cast and crew, the future of the Arts and it’s imaginative storytelling is in well crafted hands for many more years to come.
