The FRINGE WORLD Box Office is the Festival's front line for customer service, the centre point for general festival information and ticketing for patrons.
All FRINGE WORLD Festival Box Office staff will have amazing customer service skills, strong cash handling experience and a high level of computer literacy skills. We're looking for people with confident, enthusiastic and approachable natures with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a similar festival role and/or working with ticketing software is an advantage but not essential. We are looking for a number of staff for multiple roles, including:
- Box Office Sales Advisors
- Box Office Information Hosts
- Box Office Supervisors
