The primary purpose of the Box Office IT Coordinator is to set up, configure and monitor all of the Box Office IT equipment and systems including the hardware, software and networking.
This role is responsible for acting as the technical support person for all Box Offices during peak evening times throughout the Festival, alongside maintaining a good working knowledge of the FRINGE WORLD ticketing system (VIA) to assist Box Office staff.
The contract period is 29 October 2018 to 1 March 2019.
