About this event

Welcome to 'The Show Biz School', where the entire world is a stage!

This is not your normal place of education; you'll be familiar with the usual school subjects, but you've never seen them taught like this before! Watch, laugh, sing and dance along as the students take their classes, but with a Show Biz twist. If you like the sound of Music mixed with Maths or Hip Hop to help with Home Economics, you won't wanna miss this!

Combining a range of performing art forms including Dance, Acrobatics, Circus, Singing and Music, this is a variety show that will delight everyone in the family. Featuring some of the State's best young talent, you'll see kids hold their own alongside the adults. Small humans, big talents!

The only question left is, will the students surpass the teachers...?

Presented by:
JLC PRODUCTIONS

JLC PRODUCTIONS is a brand new performing arts company, with the lead production team having over 50 years of combined experience in performance making and teaching in WA, across Australia and around the world! Credits from our team include: FRINGE WORLD, Perth Wildcats, Perth Glory, West Coast Eagles, Crown Entertainment Complex, Metro City, Voyeur, La Perle, RAW Australia, and many more. One of the key aims of JLCP is to give the performing arts value in what it teaches to kids : it’s not just teaching them how to leap or spin or play an instrument, it’s teaching confidence and life skills that can be carried into all aspects of future careers. JLCP wants to encourage all kids to take part in the performing arts, when they see that other kids can get up and do it too!
