Digging deep into his past, the learned skills of dissociation, addiction and depression are treated with the inner child TV show "Trauma Time". Emerging from this ripper of a show, you will be healthier, happier and lifted up! Just don't stop taking taking the meds...

Jonathan Winfield is a comedian, writer, presenter and passionate depression recoveree. He has written and performed stand up comedy and sketch shows around London and at the Edinburgh Festival, as well as directing plays, working in recovery groups and casting himself as the Sherlock Holmes of Mental Health Recovery. Working in a University by day, Jonathan has re-engaged with the comedy world by night. After a long break, he has brought his own brand of vulnerability and intellectual humour, along with puns, visual silliness and even puppetry. Jonathan proves that comedy can have a healing power.

The son of an Australian Mother and marooned in England, Jonathan is bringing his comedy back home.
