Pirates!! return to FRINGE WORLD 2020. Join the search for treasure at Yagan Square, Perth Cultural Centre, Heathcote Pirate Ship Playground, The Woodside Pleasure Garden and WA Shipwrecks Museum. Let your imagination guide you in this interactive choose-your-own-adventure that adapts to the wills and ideas of the participating crew. Hoist the sails, climb the rigging and shoot the cannons in this action-packed adventure.

Pirates!! have been marauding around FRINGE WORLD since 2016 and were nominated for Best Children's Event in 2017.

Jesse (Captain Boots) has been leading imaginary adventures for most of his life and as "Wind Wanderer Storytelling" has been performing at schools, libraries, parties and festivals for the last 13 years. He's toured regionally and has had stories filmed by the Department of Education to make into to teaching and learning materials. He is vice president of the Storytelling Guild of WA and is a qualified childcare professional (Dip, Children's Services).

Alex (Redbeard) is a classically trained cellist with a passion for improvisation and velvet smoking jackets. He is a member of the medieval reenactment group The Grey Company and regularly performs with them throughout the year.
