An ex-boyfriend from years ago once told Nicky that she looked like a cartoon Beaver, and for some reason, that off-hand comment has stuck with her. Why? She doesn’t like chewing down trees with her teeth, or building dams, and she definitely doesn’t live in a Lodge.

So now, rather than let that little jibe bother her, Nicky is owning it. Hell yeah! She’s got Beaver Cheeks baby, and she loves them. So what if she also has fat knees and odd shaped boobs?!
