About this event

The Finnish word hepuli means to have a sudden outburst of uncontrollable emotion, regardless of the type of feeling.

In this unconventional love story, a juggler and a tightwire dancer meet and give a universal performance of young couples under the thrall of 'hepuli' -- the thrills, the frustrations and the explosions.

Playfully combining their mastery of juggling and tightwire, Hands some Feet complement their skills with innovative acrobatics, physical theatre, jump ropes and live music with instruments from opposite sides of the globe. A gust of madness, a fresh breath of poetry, a sparkling alchemy!

Hands some Feet

Hands some Feet is a dynamic and fresh contemporary circus company made up of performers and directors Liisa Näykki from Finland and Jeromy Zwick from the Perth hills and is driven by their unconditional passion to create together. They are both graduates of the prestigious circus school "École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque" (ESAC) in Brussels, Belgium, which evidently is also where they met one another.
