Dr Sketchy’s Anti-Art School is the world’s premier alternative drawing movement.

Founded in 2005 in a dive bar in Brooklyn, Dr Sketchy’s has now spread to over 100 cities around the world. It is primarily a life drawing event featuring sideshow oddities, burlesque and circus performers. With posing, performances, games and prizes.

Perth Branch of Sketchy’s has been running for 8 years directed by Dimity Magnus. There are 2 FRINGE WORLD Events and 4 specialised events at Connections Nightclub each year.

From the published illustrator to those starting out with stick figures, all are welcome.

Sketchy’s is a naughty little hive of activity for artists to commune, practice their skills and of course witness some stunning models remove their clothes for our pleasure.
