Welcome to Spanx and the City — a cocktail of perimenopause, a dash of raising teenagers, and a splash of pressure to keep it cute, calm, and composed (preferably in Lycra).
Between sips, Emma’s tried adult netball (never again), as her smug friend Jenny enters her protein + CrossFit era. Meanwhile, Emma’s been dating again — aka nodding through conversations about ribs, Joe Rogan, and jetskis.

Emma Krause — best known as Sue Finley from the Oz Lotto ads, a finalist on Australia’s Got Talent, and the creator of the smash-hit show 40+Fabulous — is one of Australia’s most exciting comedic voices.
Her debut solo show 40+Fabulous completely sold out its 22-show run at FRINGE WORLD Perth, winning WA’s Best Comedy as well as the Silver Comedy Doustie Award. She went on to tour this show to packed houses nationwide. In 2025, she was named Best Solo Performer by Broadway World Perth.
With her trademark blend of wit, warmth, and wicked honesty, Emma dives headfirst into the chaos of midlife, menopause, motherhood, and the mental load. Now she’s back with her brand-new show — and this time, the Spanx are tighter, the kids are moodier, and the hot flushes are fully activated.
