FRINGE Sunday Funday supported by Lotterywest: January 22 from 1.00pm to 6.00pm.

You all had a blast at our inaugural FRINGE Sunday Funday last year, so we’re bringing it back for 2023 with more free family-friendly fun! 

FRINGE Sunday Funday is a giant, free, community event taking over William Street, Northbridge in our opening weekend, and made possible thanks to FRINGE WORLD’s hero supporter, Lotterywest.  

Three performance spaces will showcase 28 shows, offering a sample of the FRINGE WORLD 2023 program and giving a free taste-tester of the comedy, circus, dance and cabaret shows on offer during the month-long Festival.   

New things to entertain you at the Funday include more roving performers, stilt walkers, bubbleology, body art painting and the Kleenheat Silent Disco. 

Alfresco dining and cool, shady spots to sit and enjoy the atmosphere will be in plentiful supply so that you can grab a takeaway from one of the many Northbridge restaurants and bars in the area.  

If that’s not enough to tempt you, it’s worthwhile coming just to marvel at the impressive 3,000 sqm of bright PINK astro turf that will be on the road stretching between Roe and Francis St.
